    研究成果

    1. 揭示了細胞增殖周期G1/S 期的關鍵驅動激酶Cdk2 對細胞凋亡的促進作用,為哺乳動物細胞精確平衡細胞增殖和細胞死亡的分子機制提供了依據,是細胞凋亡通路的重要補充。

    2. 系統篩選了稀有人參皂苷的人類靶點,為人參抗腫瘤作用提供依據。

    3. 在人參深加工領域取得了重大進展。利用生物轉化技術對吉林人參進行深加工,制備了人參深加工食品安帝康達,2017 年包裝上市。安帝康達高活性稀有人參皂苷群含量達到皂苷總量的60%,這是未經加工吉林人參的500 倍。同時,徹底解決了人參“上火、升血壓”等副作用,任何體質的人群均可享用、獲益。

    4. 負責完成了6項國家自然科學基金項目,負責執行7項省部級項目,在Protein Cell, JBC, EMBO Rep等國際重點雜志上發表SCI論文67篇,被引次數達1300余次,授權專利7項。
